A Series of Special Offerings in Honor of
Breast Cancer Awareness Month
In support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, PlumpJack Group is pleased to announce "PlumpJack for Pink," a month-long promotion encompassing all of the PlumpJack businesses and designed to raise awareness and money for breast cancer research and education programs. Throughout the month of October, PlumpJack Group -- from its world-class resorts and restaurants to its retail shops -- will offer a variety of tasting menus, specialty cocktails, travel packages and specialty retail items as part of the "PlumpJack for Pink" program. One hundred percent of the proceeds from each offering will benefit the Northern California Cancer Center (NCCC).
"PlumpJack for Pink" will provide several ways for customers to participate and support Breast Cancer Awareness Month:
Jack Falstaff's: "Taste for a Cure"
Executive Chef Jonnatan Leiva has created a delicious five-course tasting menu with savory dishes such as Roasted Scallops and Gulf Prawns with Roasted Pepper Compote and Arbequina Olives and Washugyu Farms Kobe Style-Beef Sirloin Roasted Bone Marrow with Organic Spinach, Piquillo Pepper, Morels and Aged Balsamic. MatrixFillmore: "Think Pink Grapefruit Julep"
In honor of PlumpJack for Pink, MatrixFillmore will offer a specialty "Think Pink Grapefruit Julep" cocktail for $10 as well as a Mumm Rose for $10.

MatrixFillmore's: NFL Celebrity Servers Night
MatrixFillmore and Octagon Football present the 7th Annual NFL Celebrity Servers event on Monday, October 20 at MatrixFillmore. The evening will feature several Bay Area professional athletes serving guests, signing autographs and mingling with the crowd. In addition, there will be a raffle with spectacular prizes. A portion of the proceeds from the drinks poured, 100% of any tips given to the "servers," proceeds from the raffle and any additional donations received during the event will directly benefit the NCCC. In addition to "PlumpJack for Pink" and other philanthropy efforts, PlumpJack Group hosts the Annual PlumpJack/LINK (Learning, Information, Networking and Knowledge) Golf Classic. The event was created by Hilary Newsom and husband Geoff Callan to raises awareness and money for the NCCC, specifically earmarked for breast cancer research and education programs.
