Since the opening of our Fillmore Wine Store in San Francisco in 1992, PlumpJack has made it a priority to support a variety of charities. Having grown from one to 14 businesses, the PlumpJack Group has donated more than $1,800,000 to both Northern California and national charities.

Please understand that we receive a large number of requests each month and cannot honor all of them. Donations are subject to availability, expire within one year and are not redeemable for cash. This donation request form includes all requests related to complimentary or discounted room nights, food and beverage services, fundraising events and gift certificates for auction items. All donation requests are processed at the end of the month in which they are received; you will be notified once a decision is made. All requests must be made at least one month prior to the event.
