PlumpJack Cafe teams up with Wanderlust and vegan Chef Tal Ronnen for the first ever “Vegan Farm To Table Dinner” presented by Gardein. Diners will experience a delectable four-course vegan dinner featuring plant-based proteins and locally sourced organic fruits and vegetables. Included in the ticket price is two glasses of wine and a complimentary Tal Ronnem Book
copy of Chef Tal’s cookbook The Conscious Cook.

The Farmer & The Chef Dinner at Balboa Cafe Mill Valley
July's specialty dinner will build upon the classic Balboa Cafe menu while focusing on organic, sustainable and local products. The evening will be a delicious exploration of Rick's culinary relationship with Balboa Mill Valley's main produce provider: Sonoma farmer Lazaro Calderon.

Ribs & Beer Fest at PlumpJack Cafe at Squaw Valley
PlumpJack Cafe located in PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn will host its first Ribs & Beer Fest featuring Squaw Valley restaurant chef’s vying for the honor of being crowned for best ribs in the valley.

Date: Saturday, July 26th
Time: 11:30 – 5:00pm
Cost: $25 + $10 for beer flight from Tahoe Mountain Brewing ($25 includes eight ribs two from each restaurant, plus corn bread, coleslaw, potato salad). For an additional $12 you can purchase a half rack of ribs from any of the chef’s selections.
