Share with us your best burger combo/recipe on Facebook. Chef Rick Edge will pick a winner, who will receive a Burger Bash, at Balboa Cafe Mill Valley. The winner and three friends will receive four complimentary burgers and pints of beer.

We look forward to the Third Annual CADE Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Release Celebration on Saturday, May 12, 2012. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served as well as tastings of the 2009 CADE Estate Cabernet and our current wine releases. Winemaker Anthony Biagi will be in attendance to answer questions and sign bottles, including large bottle formats (1.5L, 3L, and 6L) which will be available for purchase. Due to the setting of our estate property, reservations will be limited to the first 100 guests.

The month of May means a lot of things for me, like planning for summer vacations if they aren't already booked, trips to the wine country, new cover-ups and flip-flops, the taste of some of my favorite seasonal produce, and of course, Mother's Day! As a mother and a daughter, now it has even more meaning. I love celebrating with my beloved girls and also love reflecting on my life with my own mother who passed away 10 years ago on May 10th from breast cancer. Read More...
